1. SMS Program Description
Customers who opt in may receive SMS/text messages from Cheeky Monkeys, including reservation and birthday party communications, booking reminders and updates, customer support, facility updates, special offers, promotions, memberships, and rebooking offers.
2. Opt-In
Customers may opt in through our public SMS form at sms-opt-in.html by entering their mobile phone number and voluntarily selecting the separate, unchecked-by-default SMS/Text Message Opt-In checkbox. SMS/text consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, reservation, waiver completion, or entry.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Cheeky Monkeys, reservations, service needs, and promotional activity.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent and received.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message. Following opt-out, we will stop sending messages covered by that opt-out unless you later provide new consent or applicable law permits or requires a message.

7. Supported Carriers and Delivery
Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
We handle personal information, mobile numbers, and SMS/text consent information as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS/text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Eligibility and Responsibility
You must be authorized to use the mobile number you provide. You are responsible for notifying us if your mobile number changes or is transferred to another person.
10. Changes to the SMS Program or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the SMS program or update these Terms from time to time, subject to applicable law. The effective date above indicates when this version became effective.
